A members' club for going
Journey is a membership built around people. Day resets, weekends away, faraways — some announced, some arriving sealed. You come for the trip. You stay for the ones around the fire.
Two kinds of journeys
The calendar is posted. A long-table dinner in the valley. A cold-water morning. A weekend on someone's favorite lake. You see it, you want it, you bring your people — or come meet new ones.
A manifest arrives with the destination blacked out. A date, a packing list, a pickup time. You reply with one word, and Journey handles the rest. The signature — for when you want zero decisions.
How it works
Open journeys are posted to members. Sealed ones arrive by message, destination redacted. Either way, you reply with one word.
Follow the list. It's short on purpose. Everything you'd normally plan — food, beds, guides, the schedule — is already done.
We pick you up at your door. Phones go in the pouch. From here, your only job is to be there.
You come home with a numbered card, a few new people, and a very hard question: when's the next one.
The formats
Every journey is built around breath, movement, cold, fire, food, and people. Sometimes it's your closest friends. Sometimes it's forty strangers who won't be strangers by Sunday.
One day, fully handled. Within reach of the city, entirely outside your routine. The reset button.
The signature. Friday doorbell, Sunday return. Enough time to actually arrive somewhere — in a place, and in yourself.
Passport possible. The journeys members count in a different voice. Rare, and worth the wait.
Upcoming
The Open calendar is posted to members. Sealed journeys arrive by message — the calendar only admits they exist.

The record
Every journey gets a number and a report. Sealed destinations are disclosed only to those who were there.
"I forgot my phone existed by Saturday noon." MEMBER TOR-0031
"Brought two friends. They've both applied." MEMBER TOR-0012
"The doorbell at 6:40 was the best alarm of my life." MEMBER TOR-0007
The rules
Sealed means sealed. On a Sealed journey, the destination is never revealed in advance — not to you, not to your group chat. That's the point.
Phones go in the pouch. Returned at the door. Every journey ends with one photograph — ours, printed, in your hand.
Everything is handled. Food, beds, weather plans, the schedule. Open or Sealed, your job is to show up packed.
Breath, movement, cold, fire, food, people. That's what's on a journey. Nothing else — asked and answered, plainly.
Why this exists
Our favorite weekends have always had the same shape: someone else planned it, phones died early, and the table was long.
But somewhere along the way, going anywhere became a group chat that never leaves the group chat. Forty tabs, three polls, zero trips. Everyone's tired of deciding. Nobody's tired of going.
So we built the club we wanted to join. You say yes, you pack a bag, and the rest is handled. Sometimes you pick the journey. Sometimes it picks you. Either way, you come back having found your people.

Membership
Journey opens by invitation and request, city by city. Members get the Open calendar, first word on every Sealed journey, priority for Faraways, and a number that's theirs for good.
